I originally picked maxims that were extremely simple and widely know, such as, "The grass is always greener on the other side." Those phrases that I heard all the time were what I thought maxims were supposed to be. Not until I saw other peoples tweets and really looked around at quotes that I liked did I find maxims that I would follow through life and use for this project.
